New build homes in High Wycombe and Buckinghamshire

Building a new home is a big job with a lot of moving parts. We look after all of it, so you deal with one person from the first site visit to the day we hand over the keys.

What we do

  • Groundworks and foundations
  • Brickwork, blockwork and structure
  • Roofing, windows and doors
  • Coordinating electrics, plumbing and heating with qualified trades
  • Internal finishing, joinery and decorating
  • Working with your architect, engineer and building control

Whether you are building a single house on your own plot or a small development, the approach is the same. We read the drawings with you, flag anything that could cause problems on site, and agree a clear price and programme before we start.

You will always know who is on site, what is happening that week and what is coming next. If something changes, we tell you straight away and explain what it means for time and cost before any extra work goes ahead.

New Builds: your questions

Do I need planning permission for a new build?

Yes. A new home needs planning permission and building regulations approval before work starts. Your architect or designer normally handles the applications. We can look over the drawings with you and tell you how we would build it.

Will the home come with a warranty?

Most mortgage lenders expect a structural warranty or similar cover on a new home. Talk to us early so we can build that into the programme.

Can you work from my architect’s drawings?

Yes. Send them over and we will price the job from them. We can also suggest practical changes that save time or money without changing how the house looks.
